Executive Transition Coaching is offered exclusively through Visionary Convergence — a 12–18 month flagship program based on Navid Nazemian’s Double Diamond Framework™. This structured approach equips executives in new roles or global assignments to accelerate impact, avoid missteps, and establish long-term success.
The other five focus areas — Executive & Leadership Coaching, Team Coaching & Facilitation, Succession & Leadership Coaching, Culture & Change Leadership Coaching, and Career & Mobility Coaching — are delivered through the Organizational Coaching Experience Plans. These structured journeys range from 3 to 12 months, with the 3-month option serving as an introduction for executives new to coaching or a kickstart for teams seeking rapid alignment.
