My Story

I founded The HR Savant to work at the intersection of enterprise leadership, human performance, and measurable organizational impact.

With more than 20 years of global HR leadership experience across chemicals, aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing, I bring a dual perspective—that of a Global HR Executive and a certified executive and leadership coach. This allows me to partner with senior leaders and leadership teams where expectations are high, complexity is real, and outcomes must be delivered.

 

I support leaders navigating executive transitions, culture transformation, organizational growth, and succession—moments where leadership capability directly shapes enterprise results.

The name The HR Savant reflects my belief that effective leadership coaching requires both rigor and humanity.

The science of my work draws on evidence-based frameworks—including Organizational Executive & Leadership Coaching (IECL), Prosci Change Management, and Six Sigma—combined with deep experience in global HR systems, succession strategy, and leadership pipelines.

The art reflects the human side of leadership: emotional intelligence, cultural agility, creativity, and coaching conversations that build trust, clarity, and transformation.

 

Together, these elements create a coaching experience that is structured yet personalized, analytical yet human, and measurable yet transformative.
