My Story

I founded The HR Savant as a boutique executive and leadership coaching practice to help senior leaders and leadership teams unlock their fullest potential. With more than 20 years of global HR leadership experience across chemicals, aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing, I bring the dual perspective of both a Global HR Executive and a certified executive and leadership coach.

This expertise allows me to support leaders navigating executive transitions, culture transformation, and organizational growth — areas where the stakes are high and the outcomes must be measurable.

The Art & Science of Leadership
The name The HR Savant reflects my belief that effective coaching combines the science of organizational performance with the art of human leadership.

• The science draws on evidence-based frameworks including IECL (Organizational Executive & Leadership Coaching), Prosci Change Management, and Six Sigma Green Belt, alongside global HR systems and succession strategies.

• The art reflects the human side of leadership — creativity, emotional intelligence, cultural agility, and coaching conversations that inspire transformation.
