My Story
I founded The HR Savant to work at the intersection of leadership, organizational systems, and executive judgment, supporting leaders at moments where decisions carry lasting consequences.
With more than twenty years of global HR leadership experience across chemicals, aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing, I bring the perspective of a Global HR Executive who has operated inside complex enterprises. That experience — including enterprise-scale talent management, global mobility and delegation management, organizational restructuring, integration, and change management across Europe, North America, South America, and Asia-Pacific — informs how I work with senior leaders, executives, founders, and leadership teams where expectations are high, context is multifaceted, and outcomes must be delivered within real organizational constraints.
My work supports leaders navigating leadership transitions, expanded scope, organizational change, and succession moments where authority, identity, and decision-making shape enterprise results.
How I Think About Leadership
Effective leadership is neither purely technical nor purely personal. It requires sound judgment informed by experience, systems awareness, and an understanding of human dynamics.
The analytical foundation of my work draws on evidence-based executive coaching and change methodologies, including Organizational Executive and Leadership Coaching, Prosci Change Management, and Six Sigma, alongside deep experience in global HR systems, succession strategy, and leadership pipelines.
Equally important is the human dimension of leadership: authority under pressure, cultural context, emotional steadiness, and the ability to engage others through complexity. Engagements are advisory in nature, with coaching used intentionally as a method — particularly where a leader's readiness to own their decisions and act on them influences outcomes. Advisory work supports clarity and direction; coaching creates the deeper shift that sustains it.
How I Work
The HR Savant operates as a focused, senior advisory practice. Every engagement is personally led and designed around specific leadership moments rather than standardized journeys. Initial engagements are structured around a focused advisory and coaching period — at the three-month mark, the leader and I assess what has been accomplished and what the next phase requires. Executive transition engagements are informed by the methodology of Navid Nazemian — recognized globally as the leading authority in executive transition coaching — and as a member of the inaugural certification cohort, I am among the first practitioners in the world trained and certified in this approach. This ensures discretion, depth, and relevance while avoiding dependency or unnecessary continuity.
The goal is always leader-owned outcomes — building the clarity, commitment, and capability that endures beyond the engagement.
Areas of work include leadership transitions and role expansion, executive decision-making under pressure, leadership team alignment, succession and leadership continuity, organizational and cultural change, and cross-border leadership transitions.
Accountability and follow-through are supported through structured documentation and agreed actions, ensuring continuity and focus within defined engagements.

I am certified through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (Organizational Executive and Leadership Coach, Team Coach Level 1), Prosci Change Management, and hold a Six Sigma Green Belt.
