That is why I launched my Summer Leadership Listening Series ☀️ (Running June through September)


Since June, I have been engaging in short, off-the-record conversations and facilitated small group sessions with:

✅ HR and People Leaders

✅ Changemakers driving leadership and organizational strategy


Why?

As we head into Q4 planning, I am hearing consistent leadership challenges emerging across organizations:

✔️ Navigating high-stakes and difficult conversations

✔️ Driving team performance and engagement amid uncertainty


The structure of this series:

👉 For Executives: Private one-to-one conversations (15–20 minutes) to hear their leadership perspective firsthand

👉 For HR, People Leaders, and Change-Makers: Small group sessions focused on shared organizational leadership challenges and trends


The goal:

👉 To engage in real leadership conversations that shape how I support leaders going forward—not a sales pitch
