“If there’s one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s the power of using your voice.” – Michelle Obama
As a leader, an executive coach, and someone fortunate to guide a team of incredible women, I have learned that leadership isn’t just about strategy—it’s about courage, advocacy, and paving the way for others.
I owe so much of who I am today to the strong women who came before me—my mother and grandmothers—who led and lead by example, teaching me resilience, grace, and the power of standing firm in my beliefs. Their voices shaped my own, giving me the confidence to use mine to empower others.
I am also inspired daily by the women around me—friends, mentors, colleagues, and those I coach—who use their voices to challenge norms, push boundaries, and redefine success. It is a privilege to walk this path alongside them, to create space for their brilliance, and to amplify the voices that need to be heard.

Now, I have the privilege of doing the same—coaching, mentoring, and championing the women around me. I see the ripple effect of strong leadership every day, and it fuels my passion for helping women find and embrace their own voices.
This International Women’s Day, let’s celebrate the women who inspire us, uplift us, and remind us of the power we each hold. To every woman trailblazing her own path: Your voice matters. Your leadership matters. Keep speaking, keep leading, and keep inspiring.
Who are the women who have shaped your journey? Let’s honor them today.
