💫 As I reflect on the past weeks, being a panelist in April at the monthly People & Culture Association Member Meet, was a great opportunity to take some time to engage with other thought partners on one of my favorite topics – #organization #culture.

As an Executive Coach and HR Leader, I make culture a priority in three key ways:

1. Self-Awareness & Personal Growth:

✅ Continuously developing myself to align behaviors with organizational culture.

✅ Embodying values like integrity, accountability, and empathy through actions, not just words.

✅ Upholding ICF ethics to ensure accountability and mindfulness in leadership.

2. Leading & Coaching Senior Leadership:

✅ Guiding senior leaders to reflect on cultural themes like accountability, speed, and an improvement mindset.

✅ Leading workshops to define actionable behaviors that foster trust and accountability.

3. Facilitating Team Reflection & Behavior Exploration:

✅ Engaging my team in monthly reflection sessions to reinforce key behaviors.

✅ Encouraging continuous improvement through collaborative actions aligned with cultural themes.

💡 By focusing on self-awareness, role modeling behaviors, and empowering leaders, I aim to make culture a living, breathing part of everything we do.

It was inspiring to hear the diverse perspectives on supporting and facilitating culture #transformation.

Grateful for the chance to exchange ideas and learn from such insightful panelists.
