Next week, I am honored to be speaking at #HRcoreACADEMY in Amsterdam, joining HR and business leaders from across Europe to explore how we can strengthen leadership, culture, and transformation.

I will be sharing our Global Talent Management and Mobility journey at BASF Performance Materials Division—a transformation I have had the privilege to lead alongside a talented global team. Together, we have reimagined how we grow leaders, move talent, and connect people strategy with business impact—all in service of building a winning culture that enables performance and purpose.
