Executive transitions are some of the most pivotal — and challenging — moments in a leader’s career. Research shows that nearly 40% of executives fail within the first 18 months of taking on a new role. Not because of talent or capability, but because transitions require new approaches: aligning with stakeholders, adapting leadership styles, and empowering the right teams.

That’s why we are launching the Executive Transition Coaching Pilot (Brussels, 2025–2026) — a selective 1:1 coaching program designed to help leaders succeed in their transitions with clarity, confidence, and impact.

Who This Pilot Is For

The pilot is tailored for:

  • Expat executives navigating new cultural and organizational environments

  • SME leaders & entrepreneurs scaling their organizations beyond the startup phase

  • NGO leaders balancing mission-driven impact with operational realities

  • HR professionals supporting executives through critical transitions

What the Pilot Includes

  • 1:1 executive coaching (8 seats only)

  • Evidence-based frameworks, including the Double Diamond® approach and the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) coaching flow

  • Optional Hogan Assessment & leadership debrief

  • Practical tools, including the Mastering Executive Transitions Digital Guide

The program is grounded in principles from Navid Nazemian’s book Mastering Executive Transitions, which provides a proven framework for helping leaders succeed in their first 90–180 days.

Why This Matters

This pilot is part of our journey toward International Coaching Federation (ICF) ACC certification and reflects our commitment to the Brussels leadership community. Recently recognized as a Top 15 Career Coach in Brussels, Marquisa S. Nash brings 20+ years of global HR leadership and coaching expertise to this program.
