This week's post is a little different, as I reflect on a special milestone—10 years at BASF. This is not just about a decade of hard work; it is a chance to reflect on the journey, the lessons learned, and the transformations that have shaped my career.
Why the number 10? In many cultures, 10 symbolizes completion, achievement, and the attainment of a higher level of excellence. It represents both what has been accomplished and the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.
For me, this 10-year mark represents:
• Growth 📈: From learning new skills to stepping into new roles, each year has brought both personal and professional growth.
• Commitment 💪: A decade of contributing to BASF’s success with unwavering dedication to people, quality, innovation, and collaboration.
• Resilience 💥: Overcoming challenges and adapting to a constantly changing world alongside an incredible organization.
• Connections 🤝: Building lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners, each of whom has been part of this enriching journey.
• Global Impact 🌍: Expanding my HR leadership globally. My time in Brussels, Belgium over the past three years has been one of my proudest achievements and the primary reason I joined BASF—to work globally and make a larger impact.
To everyone at BASF who has made this experience so enriching—thank you. Your support, collaboration, and shared vision have made each day worthwhile. And to my mentors and colleagues, I am deeply grateful for the opportunities to learn and grow alongside all of you.
To all of my new connections that have come from this phase of my journey, I look forward to further expanding the impact of leadership through coaching, driving stronger organizational cultures, and building leadership that empowers teams to thrive.
